Dota 2 Reborn Beta

So I am probably a bit late to the party, but the DoTA 2 Reborn Beta recently came out, bringing with it large changes to the game's user interface and functions. It took me a while, but I finally managed to download the huge 7GB update that is DoTA 2 Reborn. It may be similar to most of the other update news on various game sites across the Internet, but I would like to show all of you what's new with the game.

Old DoTA 2 User Interface

New DoTA 2 Reborn User Interface
The first thing we see upon starting the game is obviously the new, more sleek and modern looking main menu design. Dota news appear to be displayed as boxes rather than on a scroll-able newsletter. This makes it easier to navigate and see all the newest updates and information about the game without having to scroll through a large number of updates first.

There is a new section in the main menu under your profile called friend feed which appears to provide much more information about your friends' activities than what the friend list in the older interface displayed. I didn't show mine for the privacy of my friends, of course, but some of the stuff I saw included friends opening gifts and occurrences in-game, such as a friend obtaining the Aegis of the Immortal in his current game. I think this is a very interesting change and makes the DoTA experience much more interesting as you can really see what your friends are up to.

The next tab that you can check out is the heroes tab. This appears to be where you can check new items as well as what items your heroes have equipped. There are three different ways of viewing this page, it seems, the first being a full body view of 3 selected sets, which on the left, belong to Templar Assassin, Drow Ranger and Shadow Fiend.

The second display interface is reminiscent of the alternate hero selection screen where each and every hero's portrait is shown and classified by its main attribute. The various hero roles are shown at the bottom of the screen and selecting them will blur out all heroes that don't fit the criteria. This is very different from the old library tab, and there are certain improvements as selecting hero roles no longer requires the use of a drop-down list.

The new armory interface
The third display interface is a life-size display of the selected hero. All of the sets you own for that hero and every other set available is displayed in the bottom left. The hero's information like skills, lore, attributes and so on which used to be shown after selecting a hero on the library tab are also displayed on this screen. I feel this is a very sleek design as they have combined part of the armory with the library and I think it makes navigation much simpler.

For those who are wondering if there is still an armory tab, yes there is, with considerable changes. All your items are now classified and separated by hero and placed in alphabetical order. Rather than the old design which had all your items placed in the order you received them, this new system allows you to find items belonging to a specific hero very easily and makes searching through your inventory a much simpler chore.

The new Learn tab
DoTA stated that it wanted to make learning the game more friendly more new players and this new tab seems to prove that. There is now a significant tab in the game meant purely for training and learning the game. I think this is an interesting change as it means that more people would be able to learn the game easier and maybe overcome the problem DoTA always had, which was a lack of a gradual learning curve. I don't really know if this will really make a difference, but it's nice to see the people behind the game try to attract more players to an older game.

CUSTOM GAMESSSSSSSS
This is most likely the most significant change DoTA 2 Reborn is bringing to the plate. In the old design, custom games had an undeveloped and unfriendly interface, which has obviously been changed in Reborn as there is a new tab purely for custom games with just as much effort put into its design as the rest of the interface. It is now easier than ever for people to find and try out new custom games and there is a matchmaking system, meaning that there is no longer a need to find friends or create custom lobbies to play a community created gamemode. This shows that Valve does seem to care about their community (as if that wasn't obvious) and has shown support for the community's creations. I look forward to really trying this out, as anyone would eventually get bored of playing the same gamemode over and over.

There are noticeable differences when the game starts as well, but those seem to be more discrete and thus are a bit difficult to truly show and explain here. I suggest you try downloading the Reborn update and trying it out for yourself. It is still in beta, so there is some lag, but it seems fairly stable otherwise. Comment below on what you think of these new changes and if you play DoTA 2 as well, add me :D

From Perspectives to Adventures

Some of you may have noticed that I just changed the name of the blog from Perspectives of a Newb Gamer to Adventures of a Newb Gamer. and I assure you that there is good reason for this. After posting about a few games, I realised that I was focusing more on detailing my experiences in games and introducing games I play now or used to play, rather than really giving the outlook of a newb gamer on certain things. As such, I realised that the tile "Perspectives of a Newb Gamer" was not appropriate for the posts I was creating for this blog. Thus, I decided to change up the title to something more fitting, and I settled on replacing the word "perspectives" with the word "adventures", as I felt that I was talking more about the journeys and experiences as well as my own opinion on games rather than a newb gamer's outlook. I believe this name change will be a good thing for the blog as it will give a better idea of the content that I feature and put up on this blog every so often and maybe give people who were initially confused on what I was trying to do with this blog more clarification and better understanding of what the purpose of this blog is just by looking at the title.

Thank you for all your support so far and I hope you will continue reading the Adventures of a Newb Gamer !

Mobile Fun : Chain Reaction

I've talked a bit about various PC games now, from video games made by high profile companies like Valve and Blizzard and indie games like Age of War, so now I'd like to introduce a fun little mobile game that you can very easily play with friends and family, called Chain Reaction.

It may not be a very interesting or striking
design, but it is a fun game.

Chain Reaction is a very simple game that can be downloaded from the Play Store or the App Store and it is a arcade strategy game that requires at least 2 people to play competitively.

Up to 8 players !
On the left is the main screen that you are greeted with when you enter the game. It certainly is not a very interesting game interface design, but trust me when I say it is a fun game that can break friendships. XD

The game allows for up to 8 players and your player colours can be modified to make the game a bit more personalised.

When you enter the actual game, you will be greeted with a black screen with a transparent net-looking interface comprised of multiple boxes. Players will play the game by taking turns to place little spheres in these boxes. The spheres can stack on each other to a maximum of three spheres, which looks like a water molecule.

Gets pretty chaotic.
Winning is always nice.
Now this is where the game really starts. When the spheres reach a certain threshold of stacks, they start vibrating and will split into four spheres in all adjacent boxes. If the adjacent box has one of the enemies' spheres, then it will change that sphere into one of your own and add a sphere to it.

As seen on the left, this is what a game of Chain Reaction eventually looks like, and it is even more chaotic when the number of players increases. Players must employ strategy and wit to think of how to effectively take over the opponents' spheres while expanding their territory and attempting to not put themselves in a vulnerable position where a simple tap from the opponent can cause a huge chain reaction leading to them taking over all of your spheres. The game is over when one player has taken over all of the rest and have become the only player that remains.

I believe this is a very fun game to pass the time when you're bored with some friends or family. This game, unlike many others today, does not require any Internet connection or Wi-fi, and with a possible 8 players playing and trying to defeat each other at the same time, you're sure to be in for some fun times. If you want some strategies, I personally always start from the corner, but everyone has their own style of playing, and I am sure you will develop your own winning technique that will show all your friends your strategic prowess.

And if you don't feel like dominating your friends and family, you can always use the game to make some nice patterns XD

Make love, not war

Most likely I have not really explained the game that well. It's very difficult to really explain a game like this and I feel the best teacher would be hands-on experience. So comment below after checking it out to tell me what you think, and maybe even tell me if I missed anything once you get to know it better :D

Old but Gold : Age of War 2

Welcome everyone to a new series that I call "Old but Gold". In this series I shall be talking about some older games, including indie and web-based games that I enjoyed in the past. For the first post of this series, I shall be writing about a game that many of you may or may not know - Age of War, particularly the second installment. This was a game I always played every once in a while when I was younger and I thought it would be a great start to this series. Therefore, I decided to go play a game again and see what happens.

Age of War is an interesting little web-based strategy game where you are at war with your opponent, an A.I., and must defeat him while evolving across the ages. In the picture above, you can see what the UI and graphics look like. In this picture, I had just started the game and both sides were on the prehistoric age where units consisted of cavemen and dinosaurs. In the top left, you can see the different units available, next to it are turrets you can use to bolster your base's defences, followed by the evolution button which evolves you to the next age and the special attack button which unleashes a devastating global attack that eliminates all the enemies' current units. The last part of the menu has all unit, turret and money upgrades.

Upon reaching sufficient XP which is obtained from killing enemy units, you can evolve with the evolution button to enter the next age.

Spartans fighting Egyptians, your argument is invalid
After evolution, I entered the Spartan age, a little behind the A.I., but I still faced him on even ground. Eventually, the A.I. evolved into the Egyptian age with me following fairly close behind. The Spartan age had Spartan infantry units whereas the Egyptian age had warriors, mages, a cart fighter and an Anubis warrior. So as you can see, every age has its own unique units. To make sure I stayed ahead, I focused on upgrading my units and prioritising quality over quantity to make sure my units were stronger than the A.I.'s. It proved fruitful as I overtook the A.I. and evolved into the next age before him.

Renaissance Warriors vs Medieval Knights

At this point, I was considerably ahead of the A.I. as I evolved into the Medieval age and then the Renaissance age quite a bit faster than he could evolve. The quality over quantity tactic worked out very well as the A.I. had to send huge waves of units just to take down one of mine. I eventually reached the enemy base and started attacking and working down its HP.

Don't bring a sword to a tank and gun fight
As you can see in the image above, I whittled down the enemy base's HP to nearly nothing before he used a last ditch special attack to clear my field. That didn't deter me for long however, as I sent a final wave led by a tank to finally finish him off. I completed the game so quickly that I didn't even manage to evolve to the final age, the Futuristic Age, so if you want to see what that looks like, go check out the game yourself :D

Victory ! I successfully destroyed my enemy while reliving some nice nostalgia. This is a nice and fun little strategy game for anyone and I highly recommend you check it out. If you'd like, you can even check out the first installment of the game, but I guarantee that it is a lot harder than the second. Comment below after checking the game out and tell me how you did ! Or if you'd like, recommend another golden oldie for me to check out :D

Ta-ta for now !

Cat Lady Adventures : Present from Shiro & Visit from Heishi

Nekoatsume Update Log
28 June 2015
  • Shiro's Present

Shiro, which means white in Japanese, was the first cat to visit my homestead in Nekoatsume. By default though, the white cat is the first one every player gets during the tutorial of the game. I have been playing this game for a couple of months now, and after all this time, Shiro finally decided it liked me enough to give me a gift in the form of a nice belt-looking thing. Obviously the first thing I thought was, "Finally", but it's a nice gesture.

  • Visit from Heishi

Heishi is what I have named this camouflaged, soldier cat who I have been trying to get to visit me for a long time. Heishi means soldier in Japanese (Yes all of my cats have Japanese names). Heishi is one of the special cats that I mentioned in my last post about Nekoatsume and he will only come visit if you buy the clay pot thingy. He is the favourite cat of my friend who introduced me to the game who affectionately put its name as just the turtle emoji because she ran out of ideas. I had been trying to get this guy for a while as I am on a mission to get all the special cats in the game and was really suprised and pleased when I saw him at my home when I opened the game today.
My friend's name for the soldier cat

That's all for this entry. Comment below if you like this kind of report on my Nekoatsume progress and tell me if I influenced you to try this game out. If so, go ahead and tell me what kind of names you gave your cats and what your favourite special cat is. So long for now :D

Dafhaa Dota Diaries : Entry 001 - Raigor Stonehoof the Earthshaker

An awesome poster by Deviantart user Artgerm
(Link to Artgerm's profile)

Raigor Stonehoof

The self-named Raigor Stonehoof is an embodiment of the Earth itself. Gaining self-awareness and shaping himself as a mortal being, his spirit remains to be that of the ground beneath him. He is an entity created from the curiosity he held towards those who walked above the Earth, and is now among them. Equipped with a totem that carries within it the very powers of the Earth itself, Earthshaker wanders the battlefields to set loose the fury of the Earth to his hapless adversaries.

Welcome everyone to Entry No.1 in my Dafhaa Dota Diaries series ! In this post I shall be talking about one of my favourite heroes ever, Earthshaker.

Skills

Fissure
Earthshaker's signature skill, Fissure, allows hims to slam the ground and create a massive rock wall that impedes movement and is a one-of-a-kind move in DoTA which alters terrain, albeit temporarily. This move is usually used strategically to trap enemies or block enemies from weak teammates, or can be used often simply as a nuke once Earthshaker gets enough items to support spamming it. Its usually not used as a nuke in the laning phase because ES has a very low mana pool.

Impeding the enemy with the wrath of the Earth.
Enchant Totem
Despite its uninteresting animation compared to Fissure and Echo Slam, Enchant Totem might be my favourite move from ES. He slams his totem on the floor to empower it and then does up to a bonus 400% damage on his next attack ! Imagine that on a carry-ES. It's also very fun because ES' passive, Aftershock, allows this skill to stun nearby enemies and it has a very low cooldown so it is normally used to chain skills and create combos. Compared to his other skills, it's also incredibly cheap in mana cost and therefore is a very spammable stun.

Aftershock
This passive makes Earthshaker the crazy stun machine he is by adding extra damage and a stun to any of his abilities. This is what makes Earthshaker's skills so game-changing because he can very easily chain stun characters with all his skills. This ability is a killer in Ability Drafts, by the way, especially if used with toggled abilities or cheap, low-cost, quick cooldown abilities.

Echo Slam
Earthshaker's ultimate ability is super fun and is his best initiating ability, especially if coupled with a Blink Dagger. This skill creates shockwaves around Earthshaker which will create an additional echo which deals damage for EVERY SINGLE ENEMY UNIT HIT, INCLUDING ILLUSIONS. This is ES' bread and butter crowd control skill and what makes him so good in teamfights as well as what makes him good against illusion heroes and heroes that use many other units. Have an ES blink into the midst of the whole enemy team and throw this out, followed by a chain of stuns like Fissure and Enchant Totem, and you have the entire enemy team locked down and ripe for the picking.

The fury of the Earth takes no prisoners.
(This and the Fissure photo from dota-game.com)

Items
Now, as a newb player, obviously I can't give a whole list of what items are good, why they're good, why some are not good, and so on. So I will simply give a short list of what items would be, in my opinion, really good or even core on Earthshaker. These items are ranked in no particular order, except the Blink Dagger.

#1 Blink Dagger (Core)
If you don't get a freakin' Blink Dagger on ES, why would you even pick him ? Blink makes ES soooooo dam good by allowing him to teleport right into the whole enemy team and lock em' down with his skills. Get a goddam Blink.

#2 Bottle (Almost Core)
Well if you don't spam your skills much, I guess you don't really need this. OH WAIT !!! YOU'RE EARTHSHAKER !!! YOU NEED TO SPAM !!! ES suffers from really low mana, especially in the early game, so a bottle is perfect to make sure he has enough to do what he needs to do.

#3 Arcane Boots (Pretty Much Core)
Of course, every hero needs boots, and to remedy ES' mana issues, Arcane Boots are a perfect solution. If you're playing him as support, it helps your team too. Not much else to say about this. Of course, you can get Power Threads if you want to play him as a semi-carry.

#4 Black King Bar (Situational)
If the enemy has a lot of lockdown that can stop Earthshaker from doing his combos, this is very necessary. If not, there's no need to get it at all.

#5 Refresher Orb (Dam that's Luxury Dude)
Blink into enemies, Echo Slam, Enchant Totem, Fissure, Enchant Totem, Refresh, Echo Slam, Enchant Totem, Fissure, Enchant Totem. Need I say more ?

Enemy Heroes
What heroes are Earthshaker good against or bad against ? Obviously I can't be certain but I shall try my best to list as many as I can. (These are all my opinions and may not fit your ideas, so forgive me if I think a bit differently)

Good Against :
Basically any hero that can spawn illusions or lots of units that become prime targets for his Echo Slam.
Phatom Lancer

PL creates tons of illusions
that are perfect targets for ES.
Undying

Undying spawns loads of zombies.

Terrorblade

Terrorblade has illusions.

Broodmother

Broodmother's massive number of spiderlings makes a great Echo Slam target.

Naga Siren

Naga Siren produces illusions.

Meepo

There can be up to five Meepos.
Take a guess.

Bad Against :
Any hero that can lock him down or is not effected much by his skills.

Huskar

Huskar has high magic immunity
and thus does not take much damage
from Earthshaker's skills

Anti-Mage

Anti-Mage can drain Earthshaker's already low mana pool and is not easily trapped by Fissure because he has a teleport.

That's all for now. I hope you enjoyed looking through my first DDD Entry, and I hope that you learned a bit more about Earthshaker, at least from a newb's perspective. Comment below if you feel I may have gotten something wrong or missed something that can be in the next entry. Thanks :D

The First Step to Cat-Lady-ness !

Do you like cats ?

Have you ever wanted to enjoy the company of a feline companion without all the troublesome tasks of taking care of it ?

Do you like cute, nonchalant mobile games ?

Do you want to be absorbed into a fluffy void of catness ?

Do you dream of achieving your ambitions as a future cat lady ?

Kitties having fun

If your answers to the above questions were yes, then this game is for you ! If your answers were no, check out this game and you will find that your answers were yes all along and you didn't know it !

Introducing Nekoatsume, a fun little mobile application that allows you to live your dreams as an individual living alone with only the solace of your furry feline friends ! I started playing this game when a friend introduced me to it and was instantly drawn to the adorable graphics and arcade feel. In this game, all you do is watch cats play with the toys you set out for them, and snap some photos of your new friends ! No MLG plays are required here and if you ever need a lift after a hard day, you can be sure your furry friends are there to greet you !

Let the cuteness seep in

It may seem like a completely pointless game at first, but this game s actually quite a nice way to bring some cheer to your day as it is incredibly cute. Take some time out of your day to check in on your cats and see if any new ones have popped up. The cats then bring you fish, which can be used to buy more toys for them to play with (Its a conspiracy). If they like you enough, they even bring you gifts ! I won't show you what gifts they bring as that will be a suprise for when you actually play, but it is a joy to know your pixelated, digital pals like your company. (Yes I am a weird person)

It's also quite interesting because certain toys bring very unusual cats to your home, including a camo cat, a musketeer (catketeer?) cat, a really fat cat, a train conductor cat and many more.

So pick up your copy of Nekoatsume today and join me in my journey of being a cat lady ! You won't regret it. (Unless you're a killjoy that's apparently too manly to succumb to the cuteness >:(  and yes I mean you Joseph)

Yes I use this as my lockscreen. What's wrong with that ?

Zeroes of the Storm - The Prologue

So, my cousins recently coerced me into trying out Blizzard's newest game, the MOBA for beginners of MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. Being a DoTA player for so long, I was hesitant to try a new game, but I figured it wouldn't hurt. So I re-downloaded the Battle.net Launcher I had deleted a while ago to make room for more games, and got started with this new game.

Now, I may not be a good player of DoTA 2, but I assumed that after playing it for so long, a MOBA considered noob-friendly would be simple for me. After 4 games against real players and bots, I was proven to be sorely mistaken.

Not very awe-inspiring

A combination of lack of knowledge, restrictions on the heroes I could use, and high latency (a.k.a. The Dreaded Lag), I was, as quoted by the interviewers Gabby and Ty (who can get this reference?), "tossed up, flattened and rolled aside mercilessly". I was playing in a team of 5 consisting of me, my bro, my cousins + friend. Obviously, we were matched against other 5-man teams which had purchased heroes we had no access to. As a result, we faced total annihilation every time, even against bots.

One reason I like DoTA over other MOBAs is that all the heroes are instantly available unlike LoL where heroes must be unlocked to play permanently. This function in HoTS however, is unfortunately the same as LoL, making me a bit dissatisfied. Oh well.

The gameplay in HoTS is very different from DoTA as games can literally finish in less than 20 minutes. The matches are very fast paced and the game sports a few different maps unlike DoTA's single map which each have their own goals and objectives, making the game very varied but harder to pick up for a new player as they have to get used to every map and gamemode.

No individual levels here as the whole team levels together and kills are shared. Personally it makes me a bit sad to not know who killed which enemy, but I suppose it makes the game friendlier.

All in all, HoTS as a game is fundamentally very different from other MOBAs and it's a very interesting game. Obviously, I am terrible at it now, but I shall try to improve and perhaps start a series for this game as well. Drop some suggestions if you have experience in HoTS on what I can do to learn faster and I will see you all later ! :D

Dafhaa Dota Diaries : Favourite Heroes Part 1 - Supports

So to kick off this series(?), I shall start by naming my favourite support heroes in Dota 2 to play. . Just so you all know, the heroes on this list are arranged in no particular order as I am a very indecisive individual and ranking them would take too long. So here it is, some of my favourite support heroes from Dota 2 ! (Do note that some of the following heroes may not be considered a support, or can play more than just the support role. I have listed those heroes here because I play them as support. No hate please :D )

Earthshaker

Raigor Stonehoof the Earthshaker
Be it played as a support, initiator or even semi-carry, Raigor Stonehoof the Earthshaker has an immense presence in any game of Dota. This guy is the ultimate stun machine capable of initiating on and immediately locking down large groups of enemies with his Echo Slam followed by his Fissure and Enchant Totem. Earthshaker is incredibly versatile and in my opinion, incredibly fun to play as it involves very strategic usage of his abilities. Being able to stun or block any enemy (that can't teleport) makes him a powerful ganker and teamfight hero, and his incredible nuking power allows him to single-handedly take down most squishy heroes by himself. I enjoy playing Earthshaker due to the timing and precision in using his abilities and the great nuking power he has which is capable of turning most teamfights completely in his favour. You want to watch out when this guy comes running down your lane, cause he will rock your world, literally.

Witch Doctor

Zharvakko the Witch Doctor
Zharvakko the Witch Doctor boasts a repertoire of skills that scream support, but don't underestimate the lanky looking native, as he is just as capable of decimating an entire enemy team with his abilities. His bouncing stun is a prevalent memory in the minds of many dota players, oh how many times have they had to sit through being paralysed repeatedly just because of some bad positioning. As if adding insult to injury, he's capable of afflicting a spell that causes you to take more damage, the more damage you've taken. Damageception. As if mocking his hapless victims, he dances as his ultimate ability calls a ward which, with the right items, has projectiles which can bounce too. And they hurt. Bad. As if that wasn't enough, you gonna invest time to take him out or he will heal his entire team. I enjoy playing Witch Doctor as he is an incredibly powerful support character that can really hurt the enemy even without itemisation. Whenever you need a doctor, better hope this one is on your side.

Zeus

Zeus
(Yes, just Zeus. Not very interesting.)
Zeus the.... Zeus, I guess ? Wield the wrath of a god as you call down lightning to roast the puny mortals, and fishmen, and ethereal creatures, and hellspawn, and otherdimensional creatures, and.... oh whatever. Zeus' entire skill set is based off literally being a god and calling down the storm wherever, whenever. And when I say wherever, I mean wherever with his ultimate ability hitting any and every enemy on the map with a KATHOOM, no matter where those pathetic fools may be. His nuking ability is top notch, and capable of quickly eliminating any squishy hero to ashes before they even say Zeus' name, and it's not a long name. Zeus is the first hero I ever achieved more than 20 kills with in a real Dota match, and thus earns a spot on this list. God sees all, and even when one takes the form of a mortal, don't think he can't see you sneaking invisibly behind him or hiding in the bushes, cause he will call down the wrath of the storms to roast any enemy's puny behind.

Necrophos

Rotund'jere, a.k.a. Necrophos
Otherwise known as Necrolyte in the original DoTA
Being someone who often plays the squishy support characters, why wouldn't I love playing a tanky support/semi-carry who truly has an impact on both sides in any teamfight ? Necrophos fulfills the role of a very annoying and difficult to kill support character who can constantly spread heals to his entire team and any units they control with his Death Pulse, In addition to that, he is a prime target that becomes a priority to take down not only because of this healing ability, but his aura that constantly reduces the health of enemy heroes and units by a percentage at all times, so the longer he's around, the more screwed his enemies are. His passive even momentarily boosts his health and mana regen by a considerable amount for every kill he gets, making him even more dangerous as he can be back to 100% with a couple of hero kills. Necrophos is a great counter to heavy duty tank heroes as his ultimate locks its victims helplessly in place to be struck by a giant scythe, which deals more damage the more health you've lost. You'd better watch out on the battlefield with him around, cause the Pope of Pestilence isn't forgiving your sins anytime soon.

Lion

Lion, final practitioner of the Demon Witch tradition.
The versatile and all-around abilities of Lion make him a really useful and fun support to play. Being one of the few heroes with two disables in the form of his Earth Spike and Hex, Lion is a valuable member of most teams. Lion can easily be considered a nuker due to the spammability (is that a word?) of his abilities and being capable of absorbing mana from enemy units to replenish his own supply as well as drain the enemies' hopes of using skills to get away, particularly useful against heroes that rely on their skills and a high mana supply to function well. His Finger of Death (nice skill name Valve) is a huge nuke that apparently "turns the enemy inside out" and can decimate individual heroes, and even has an area of effect after purchasing a scepter. He is among my favourites due to his versatility and the multiple roles he can fulfill well and effectively on almost any team. Telling him to go to hell won't faze him much, cause he's been there and back. Twice.

I may add more heroes as time goes on but these are probably the support heroes I have found the most fun and interesting to play. Comment below on what your favourite support heroes are if you play Dota, and if you don't, comment some of your favourite supporting characters from other video games :D

(Obviously, none of the characters or pictures used above are not mine and belong solely to Valve and our Lord Gaben.) (IceFrog too)
